Refund policy
We're happy to accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for all unworn products. Please email [email protected] for an RA# and further instructions. Returns without an RA# will not be processed.
Unless defective, we can not accept returns or exchanges for worn merchandise. If the product is defective, please email the address above and we'll be happy to help.
Be sure to ship with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Deez Knots cannot be responsible for lost or damaged products. All returned merchandise must be received by Deez Knots prior to receiving a refund or credit. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your return to be received and processed.
